heated pool, walking distance to event center, spacious gym
Those raised mattress platforms are not only unexpected but hazardous—nobody wants a trip to the emergency room on their vacation!!! More artwork and better lighting would truly enhance the ambiance.

I really enjoyed my stay. The laundry room was a lifesaver for our sports trip, and the roof top bar had fantastic views and good vibes. The breakfast was tasty, exceeding my expectations!

It was a good match for a stopover in Rock Hill with reasonable value. The omelette bar guy was really friendly and made my morning. Be cautious about the parking fees in the garage nearby.

missingWrote a review on 23 Augnoisy evening
Had a few hiccups during the stay. Initially assigned a room on the fifth floor right above the Starbar, which made for a noisy evening. There were no wash cloths in the room, requiring several calls for replacements. A notable concern involved a late-night incident where someone tried to enter our room due to an overbooking situation—definitely not ideal during a family trip.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We enjoyed the location and easy access to the Bank of America Stadium and several fun restaurants. Definitely recommend for groups looking for a good spot to chill during a trip.
The staff could use better training, especially at the bar. We had a poor experience on the weekend when the bartender could only serve limited options and was rather slow. It really affected our evening plans.

I had such a fun time enjoying the rooftop skylounge and the cozy bar during my stay. If you're looking to unwind, the pools are perfect for a dip and there’s a gym for a quick workout. My only minor gripe was the hard platforms at the end of the bed, which caught me off guard when I bumped into it, but it didn't ruin my stay! 😄

Had a great experience during my stay! The fitness center is bright and spacious, perfect for keeping up with workouts while traveling. I was impressed by the breakfast selection—it was top-notch in both quality and presentation. The only downside was that the room needed a bit more decor and the gym could use some basic amenities like towels and mats. Overall, a solid stay!

Great Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed a pleasant stay, with a spacious room that provided comfort every night. The indoor heated pool was a highlight, although it felt overly warm for swimming. Friendly staff made my experience special. Tip, Explore nearby dining for variety, as onsite options are limited.

We had a great experience at this hotel with our four kids! The rooms were spacious and had multiple lighting options and USB outlets, which really helped while we were getting ready for our outings. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, making it a fun stay.
In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process could be improved for families. A little more explanation on parking and amenities would go a long way for parents juggling multiple kids.

nice hotel but minor tweaks needed
I enjoyed the comfort of the multiple lighting options in my room. The indoor pool offered a refreshing retreat during my stay, making it a highlight for my family.
However, the breakfast hours were a bit limited for my schedule.
